Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Floky.gr. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your options and how to proceed with returns.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Compression sleeves, socks, and other wearable products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional products where stated.
  • Opened or used wearable products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@floky.gr.
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide instructions for completing the return.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received and approved.
  • Please note that in case of a return, a fixed fee of €3.50 covering the initial shipping and packaging costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@floky.gr and provide photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, according to your preference.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
