5. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by Floky.gr.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing errors, stock discrepancies, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are dispatched according to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Floky.gr is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, force majeure events, strikes, weather conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek consumer protection legislation (Law 2251/1994, as amended), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing via email at info@floky.gr before the withdrawal period expires.

The returned product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories and labels.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned goods.

Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law, including sealed products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Where a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the original payment method.

Shipping costs may not be refundable where permitted by applicable law and as described in our Return Policy.
